As an instructional developer for the IT Training Unit at Kamehameha Schools, she helps provide training solutions which usually take the form of interactive, online courses. Before moving to beautiful Hawaii and joining KS, she completed her M.S.Ed masters program in Adult Education/Human Resource Development, with a concentration in Instructional Design at James Madison University in Virginia. She also worked for Training and Technical Assistance Center, a branch of the Virginia DOE, following two years as an art teacher for grades pK-5 in Virginia public schools.
